KING
JAMES VERSION
Our second
album is finally tracked, mixed, sequenced, mastered, and approved
-- in other words, done! It will be released on Sept. 12 on London/Sire
Records. It's called King James Version,
and contains 12 songs. Look for the first single, "Sad Sweetheart
of the Rodeo," to hit radio stations sometime in August. Look
for a revamped website, touring info, and much more to come in
the next couple months.

NEW
(OLD) LABEL
Well,
we finally resolved our label mess and ended up...at the same
label. We recently re-signed to the new London/Sire Records, and
the good news is that they're going try and get it out very soon,
which is very exciting news for us. There are a couple tracks
that need to be re-mixed, and we're going to be heading up to
the Warehouse Studio in Vancouver, B.C. to finish that next week.

LABEL
CHANGE, SECOND ALBUM UPDATE
The
second album is all recorded and pretty much done. However, we
are awaiting the result of a contractual dispute between London
Records (our former home) and the Universal Music Group. It's
a long, complicated story, believe me, but the upshot is that
we are going to end up on a new label somewhere within the Universal
system (London Records has merged with Sire and moved to Warner
Music). Are you sick of waiting? I know we are. Hold on just a
little while longer, though, I think the album will be worth the
wait. Hopefully we will have more definitive news soon.
