SNL Music Thread
Who caught the "Mouse" on Saturday Night Live?

I really love it whan a band sounds just as good live...
*Refers you back to Laura Brannigan's appearance, for you old folks*

The 1st song was good, but man oh man,
they had more people onstage than "Arrested Development"...

The 2nd song was awesome, and the crowd received them well...

Edit: I figured instead of creating a thread everytime there was an interesting musical guest on SNL, we could lump it here...

still not defrocked

'Cause I get...Oh,

The other Greenday was on SNL last night, and I'll probably wind up buying the new album...

I'm not just saying this following the discussion on the other board, I honestly think that new Green Day record is total dogshit and borderline unlistenable. The music is, at best, decidedly average poppunk (nothing inherantly wrong with that) but the lyrics are Throw The CD Out The Window And Never Look Back bad.

Agreed. 100% In fact, that definitely going in my signature. Thank you, sir.

And I'd rather not listen to "reviews" that were decided on before 'play' was ever pushed anyway.

But of course, the person the line was aimed at, was none other than ____...
That'll teach him not to speak ill of the P-Jam...

Hahaha I had a friend growing up who worshiped them. Had absolutely everything. The bootlegs, imports, videos etc etc. Never got into them myself, but watching else someone purely love, without any second thoughts of consideration of what people think of them, a band is something special.

Oh so we're not allowed to dislike a band now if someone on here has called it as Their Favourite?

This does not strike me as a good system, guys.

It strikes me as a very bad system.
