If you made a HD greatest hits, what songs would it have?
1. Wine, Women, and Song
2. Carlotta Valdez
3. Little Round Mirrors
4. Thrilling Conversations
5. Flagpole Sitta
6. Woolly Muffler
7. War Buddies
8. Pike St/Park Slope
9. Cream and Bastards Rise
10. Old Hat
11. Loyalty Bldg.
12. Underground

Those are my top 12 favorite songs that I would put on a greatest hits cd, though if I had a choice I'd put all of them.

I love topics like this... I am currently in the process of compiling an as-close-to-80-minute Best Of as I can. Here's the definites (alphabetical):

1. Authenticity
2. Carlotta Valdez
3. Cream And Bastards Rise
4. Flagpole Sitta
5. Jack The Lion
6. Little Round Mirrors
7. Loyalty Bldg.
8. Meetings With Remarkable Men (Show Me The Hero)
9. Old Hat
10. Pike St./Park Slope
11. Radio Silence
12. The Same As Being In Love
13. Save It For Later
14. Sometimes You Have To Work On Christmas (Sometimes)
15. Underground
16. Wine, Women & Song [demo]
17. Woolly Muffler
18. Wrecking Ball

I'd like to be able to squeeze these in, too, if possible:

19. Picture, Picture
20. Why I'm Lonely

Well technically if it was a greatest hits album it would have to be the big popular songs they had..... Wow. Nevermind that...

Re: Greatest Hits
Mine is chronological and comes before Little by Little… because 2½ days is not enough time for me to judge 19 new tracks against everything else.

01. Carlotta Valdez
02. Flagpole Sitta
03. Radio Silence
04. Meetings with Remarkable Men (Show Me the Hero)
05. Why I'm Lonely
06. Sad Sweetheart of the Rodeo
07. Pike St./Park Slope
08. Plague of Locusts
09. Sometimes You Have to Work on Christmas (Sometimes)
10. Save It for Later [with Mike McCready]
11. Authenticity [demo]
12. Cream and Bastards Rise

Re: Best of
Already happy I put that disclaimer. I awoke, slowly, to "Diminishing Returns," and it commanded my complete attention. Gorgeous song.
