sad sweetheart of the rodeo randomness
i'm currently in the process of putting all my CDs and mp3s into windows media player on my new computer and ended up ripping "king james version" onto it just this morning. then i noticed something. "sad sweatheart of the rodeo" is written not by just harvey danger but also anne marie ruljancich. "weird," i thought, "that name is SO FAMILIAR...oh yeah, she brought her cats into the vet hospital where i work last week...i helped with checking her in and her appointment."

oh, and apparently she's in jesse sykes' sweet hereafter

random and weird i thought...

erm, actually...
point of parliamentary procedure:

despite what your CD database says, "Sad Sweetheart" was written by the band. anne marie ruljancich sings some harmony vocals on the recording we made for King James Version. she is a megatalented multiinstrumentalist and member of jesse sykes and the sweet hereafter, but she has also played on tons of records by excellent bands.

perhaps if she had co-written it, it would have been a bigger hit, but as the man in La Bamba says, "no dice, chino..."

My thanks to the honorable member from Pendle. We shall now hear from the constituent at Luton...

Didn't Ritchie Valens write La Bamba?

I think I've read this before, somewhere. Is it Chaucer?

If I had conjured this as a fiction
I would be scared I'd gone too far

Hmmmm. Is this an early leak of one of the lyric sheets from the new album?? I can see the message board uproar now, as Sean Nelson turns his critical gaze from organised religion etc and instead takes on the pronography industry... or something like that.

Or its just some sad git looking for a quid from us gullible net users, who know how to use message boards but not how to spot a bad porn spam link from outer space.

Hands up in shame all ye who actually clicked on the above shite.
