Brooklyn In The [Bell] House? - Meetup Thread
Hey yall-

Okay, first things first, I'm a new poster but a huge fan. I got into HD a few years ago, upon the release of Little By Little, and became cultish and strange about my HD obsession. Now that they're breaking up, I'm ridiculously upset that it's gonna be the last time I see my favorite band. But I decided to at least get involved in this community before the end.

Now that that is out of the way.

I figured there isn't a Brooklyn/NYC/NJ area meetup thread, so I thought I'd give it a try. Brooklynites - fall in. Who is going?

Hey, I'm going to the show but I live in Delaware so I don't know whenabouts I would be getting up to where the show is.

Although I've liked HD since the first album came out, I've never seen them live... and now first show = last east coast show...

I've sold my home, and I'm moving, next weekend...
Thanks to the ex-wife, and the state of the economy...
I'm not even sure if I could afford the travel expenses for this final show, in NY, much less Seattle...

Though I've been to Seattle twice, and seen almost every variance of HDanger; The original foursome, the reunion show with Ira Elliot, LBL and Mike, and the Sean/Jeff abridged version...
I missed out on the Nelson/Roderick era, but caught the Roderick/Nelson thing, with TLW, and enjoyed it...

I may have to pass on Brooklyn, but then again, like some, I don't believe it's really the end...

With that being said...

I'm with you Rich-- I've flown to Seattle twice, but I'm out for these last shows, because I don't believe they're last ones at all

Even Paul Newman shriveled up into an old man and turned to dust

The lead singer of Anthrax waked out on the beginning of their European tour...
They are "broken up"...

I don't even know what's going on in this thread, but I feel sad.

And there you go, I've created a temporal paradox. A minor one, I hope.
