March 6 + 7: Entire concert video now available!
Who remembers that awesome time last year when nearly all of us went to a concert together?

I have taken advantage of YouTube's "Playlist" functionality, and I strongly recommend that you do the same to watch these in order, as a full album/concert. Click the link, full-screen the video, and sit back.

(As previously explained, the titles of songs are not explicit because the band doesn't want these searchable on YouTube. Also, as previously mentioned, Aaron was mostly so physically far away from the rest of the band that I couldn't get a wide enough shot to include him most of the time. Sorry--I tried.)

In order of performance:

Where Have All the Merrymakers Gone?
B-Sides and Special Treats
King James Version
Little By Little...

Hope you enjoy. :-) I will put the full-quality versions of everything on BitTorrent soon, and the link will be here.

I love that you can hear our banter at different points.

Scottique, do you have the stuff you shot of us goofing around at dinner when you were testing the camera? Or was that all lost?

I have a TON of stuff that I haven't gone through yet. So, maybe? I know I have lots of after-shows footage (both nights), and Top Pot/daytime-messing-around stuff/Dining Car stuff, but I don't know about pre-show dinner footage; I wouldn't be surprised if I'd taped-to-test just before the show, then rewound the tape for the show itself.

I'll see what I can cobble together to dump in with the torrent. The full-quality, properly-timed Dining Car'll be in there too. :-)

Ooooh.

Right. This. Thanks for the reminder.

What I should do is assemble a stack of DVDs to disseminate in-person at the Chicago and Seattle shows.

Hmm. Access to a DVD burner.

Contemplation to follow. Will advise on plans.

Long bump, but let's test this out.

I ripped the Youtube videos for WHATMG to test, and they are currently in wmv format. I left the songs in the order they were posted (did they really play Old Hat before Jack the Lion?)

They can be found here:

http://uploadmirrors.com/download/176AMLPG/01 - Carlotta Valdez.wmv
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/0TNV2HAY/02 - Flagpole Sitta.wmv
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/01F1EI0A/03 - Wooly Muffler.wmv
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/006VPLLS/04 - Private Helicopter.wm
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/18F0M7N9/05 - Problems and Bigger Ones.wmv
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/0JAVBFJL/06 - Old Hat.wmv
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/S6AU7CEJ/07 - Jack the Lion.wmv
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/9JVLM1VM/08 - Terminal Annex.wmv
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/WXRQ9UEY/09 - Wrecking Ball.wmv
http://uploadmirrors.com/download/0JMCF825/10 - Radio Silence.wmv

Let me know if this is the file format you'd prefer for long term storage/usage. I can pretty much convert the files to any format. Also, I've never made a DVD out of videos before, so I could try but it would be ugly as sin.

If you like the wmvs, I'll rip the other 3 album shows in this way. Also, we can maybe figure out a better way of keeping the files a bit more permanent. I could get a torrent going, but I would assume it'd have to be on a public tracker (mininova, piratebay) since I don't know of any private trackers we all could use.

Well I ripped the videos from YouTube myself, so you doing the same would wind up in the same quality.

And the way my links should work is it will send you to a hub site where you can choose which site you want to download from. This usually helps the links last a bit longer. Right now it looks like they're still up on most of the sharing sites, I checked the megaupload for a few and they're still active.
