March 6 + 7: King James Version full video now available!
I'm starting a new thread so that posterity doesn't have to wade to page 5 of the other thread to find this. You're welcome, posterity.

So! King James Version, March 7 at the Triple Door. Some program notes:

Aaron Wrote:I don't think the band minds if you record for your own personal enjoyment. Trading recordings among message boarders, for instance. Live recordings do often look/sound kind of crappy and often don't represent a band in the best way--no matter how great it sounded in the room at the time--so sometimes it isn't so great to see them pop up on YouTube. So keep that in mind. Otherwise, go for it.
That in mind, no video names mention Harvey Danger or song titles; thus they're not particularly searchable and the only traffic they'll get will be from here.

Regarding the audio peanut gallery: Most of the audible backing vocals/heckling is courtesy of defrocked ("awwwwww!"), the doctor ("BUT FUN"), and yours truly.

Regarding the filming itself: Sean, Jeff, Michael, and Rob performed a show together in Seattle; simultaneous to this, Aaron performed a solo show in Tacoma. My camera didn't have a wide enough angle to get Aaron in with anybody else; the progression from frustration to resignation is fairly evident in the tape.

Loyalty Bldg.'s link might be fucked up. If it doesn't work in the morning I'll throw down with it.

Umm. That's all the annotation I have.

You're quite welcome. :-)

Loyalty Bldg. is working now. It apparently just got caught in YouTube's slow track for video processing--perhaps because my original description/tags included the words "rapist," "dead," and "stoner." Oops?

Yeah, thanks. Those are fantastic.

And there you go, I've created a temporal paradox. A minor one, I hope.

Wow thanks! Now if I had $8 beers to drink I'd be able to relive the whole experience. I wish that March 6th and 7th 2008 could be my goundhog days...I would love to be stuck it those 2 glamorous days!

Ehh. It always seems like wasted effort to upload things to expiration-file-drop sites, especially at size-conscious quality. It just creates a litany of "Hey I missed the download the first six times could somebody upload again?"

I am semi-considering creating a concert DVD, properly authored, with both nights at full-quality plus the Dining Car video and "extras" (which is to say, the rest of the good footage I took over the weekend), if people are interested in that. That'd be a project for May/June, though. Would people be interested in a real concert DVD (for basically free, a few dollars to cover physical cost) if one existed?
