Flagpole Sitta demo mix
I don't recall seeing this here before but came across recently-- the demo mix of Flagpole Sitta ended up on a one-off benefit comp called "The New Seattle Music Scene" before it got mixed properly for the album. (That brief explanation was on the old Flash site.) Thought I'd share it here. To set expectations-- there's not much of interest, honestly. It's muddier and less good than the Merrymakers version, and there's nothing "different" going on. It is audibly distinct, though and in a couple teeeeny bits there are some teeeny instrumental/bg vox subtleties that I can't hear in the normal mix. FWIW.

For completionists only, obviously, but if you're close enough to read this... Smile
Enjoy.

RE: Flagpole Sitta demo mix
It was here before, and at the time still available from the manufacturer! I asked Aaron for permission to post it, and apparently he didn't care either way. Both "Flagpole Sitta" and "Wrecking Ball" had alternate mixes, or at least masters, on compilations out around the same time as Where Have All the Merrymakers Gone?

We can talk about it later
But there's no later
Is there?

I knew there was a Flagpole Sitta demo. But this reminds me, I've been meaning to ask this for a while. What even is Coldcoffeeandjuice?!

I tried going on coldcoffeeandjuice.com and all I got was, well...disappointed. I was greeted with a big sign that read "Cold coffee & juice!" and nothing more. Am I coldcoffeeandjuicing wrong?

RE: Flagpole Sitta demo mix
Is the Wrecking Ball demo / alt mix floating around?

I'd listened to the "alt mix" and "top 40" mix of FS, and never wanted to again. Hopefully, WB's is better. If not, at least I can satisfy a curiosity.
