We've had "Lester Ballard" at least as long as "Scar Tissue" and "Dining Car." It's from a radio session that also included "Busker." What I'm wondering is: how the heck did we initially wind up with an otherwise unrecorded song about incest when none of the rest of that radio session, including at least one other unreleased song, never has seen the light of day?
