Placebo
Any thoughts on the most recent Placebo album? A friend of mine just got into it.

The rkstar.com thread touched on this, but only "Infra-Red."

I hope the title track is a single sooner or later.

We can talk about it later
But there's no later
Is there?

Update: it is.

"UNEEDMEMORETHANINEEDU" is an atrocious title for the b-side, though.

Ryan, Myles, and Joe may appreciate this: "Black Eyed" just came on the radio, and who else am I going to tell at 4:50 AM?

I did appreciate it very much, as Placebo is one of my favorite bands.

Ah, would that I were up. My work and school schedule is forcing me to keep old man hours.

After listening to what I think will be replaced with cabbages if I type it out for the last few months, I currently can't get enough of "English Summer Rain".

Speaking of Placebo, there's been little news from their camp in a long while.

Last I heard they were going to start demoing new tracks in the spring...but that was in the fall.

I suppose they'll need to pick up a drummer at some point.

Yeah. I know they were going to wait until the album was nearly done to find a replacement since both of them are capable musicians.

I can't wait. I adored Meds They just keep getting better and better.

EDIT: Why is the word m-e-d-s changed to "cabbages?"

So we won't forget to take our cabbages. Obviously.

We can talk about it later
But there's no later

I believe it is because a lot of the spam we were getting had to do with prescription drugs so they probably installed some sort of filter for words that commonly only showed up in spam. Like, I'm not sure if we're allowed to mention Christina Aguilera anymore.

Edit: Oh hey what do you know, we can.

Disembodied ringlets from hair that looks like Carrie Underwood's.
