Bueller?
And, more importantly, is anyone taping this?

My LBL bonus disc is Ethiopian.

Yes, they did play at around 1:00 AM. The night had a little bit of everything. I liked the acts for the most part, but thought the videos mostly sucked (except for when Sean showed the video of his highschool choir). Love Hotel was awesome in their last performance ever. The All Girl Comb Choir was kinda fun, as was the comedy of David Schmader (sp?). John Roderick of The Long Winters played a few great covers including King of Carrot Flowers by Neutral Milk Hotel and Solitary Man by Neil Diamond. "Awesome" was fun, but not really my cup of tea, though the crownd seemed really into it. Harvey Danger went on late into the night and played a really inspired but unfortunately short set. The setlist:

Cream and Bastards Rise
Meetings With Remarkable Men (Show Me the Hero)
Wine Women and Song
War Buddies
Humility on Parade
Cool James
Moral Centralia
New Girl [The Long Winters] (this cover also included a short medley of Save it for Later [English Beat] in the middle)
Listening to the Higsons [Robyn Hitchcock]
Ça Plane Pour Moi [Plastic Bertrand]

Pray to the God that you don't quite believe in
To bless this fleeting moment
Yeah, YEAH, YEAH!

while i was definitely the most excited and jumping the highest during HD's performances of "moral centralia" (that song is even better live) and "ça plan pour moi," i also thoroughly enjoyed jon auer's cover of ween's "baby bitch" and awesome's cover of the beatles' "think for yourself."

it was a fun, but long night.
